Rochelle DeMaere, Broker
Prior to founding Viva Lending Group, Rochelle served the community as a licensed mortgage agent, providing both residential and commercial services to clients. Included in her years of experience, she occupied the role of Area Mortgage Manager for TD Canada Trust, where she was responsible for the business development of residential mortgage product, mortgage sales, and marketing. In addition to her financial industry experience, Rochelle has also studied and worked in the area of Psychology and the study of human behaviour. This has provided her with a well rounded ability to develop and maintain valuable relationships with clients and industry members, and to efficiently assess and satisfy client's needs.
Brent Peters, Senior Mortgage Agent
Brent has over 14 years experience in financial services from securities trading to wealth management services. Brent's primary focus will be to provide oversight and operation of commercial lending brokering and supportive activities, which includes private capital transactions. He began his career with the chartered banks and garnered the majority of his experience with TD Bank Financial Group for over 11 years.
